Devastating experience
Review over Austrian AirlinesAustrian is absolutely dishonest company. It stole 2000 euros from me by cancelling flights TWICE and refusing to refund. It was business class for 3 people. I provided 3 different ways to get any refund: bank cards from different countries, cash in its office. But Austrian just decided to deceive me and never return money for tickets. Say no to Austrian careless, greed and irresponsibility.
