No baggage for 7 days!

Thursday 25 July we flew with SunExpress XQ 959 from Dusseldorf to Izmir. Athe plane had forgotten all the luggage. At Zimir Airport we had to fill out a form at the lost and found counter, we told us that the suitcases would be brought to our hotel the next day (Fri. 26 Jui 2019), not so. What followed was a week full of stress and a lot of telefooontjes to L&F, airport Dusseldorf/Izmir, insurance, sunexpress etc. but no one could tell us where our suitcases were. This has finally lasted until Wednesday evening 31st July 18.00, that we had our suitcases back, the next morning at 8.00 We were picked up from our hotel due to end of holiday. This 8 days summer holiday with our family with 3 children was a hell, and we demand our money back. We worked hard all year for this holiday and this was not a holiday but a catastrophe, what you should do without stuff and then with 3 children from 7 to 16 years.
We want our trip reimbursed and the costs incurred.
